- Relate is all about relationships. If you want to talk about your relationships past, present or future - Relate is here to help you. We are based in Rugby but cover Warwickshire and surrounding areas.
- Relate counsellors see over 100,000 people a year. Their role is to listen, to encourage you to talk openly about your concerns, and help you reach your own decisions about the best way forward for you and your partner/family.
- Relate is the UK's largest provider of relationship counselling and sex therapy.
- Relate works with other organisations, charities and businesses on community projects, awareness
campaigns, research and service development.
Who is it for?
- Relate counselling is open to everyone of any age. Whether you are married, living together, in a same-sex relationship, separated, divorced or single, our confidential service can help you to deal with your relationship difficulties. You can come on your own, with a partner or as a family.
How does it work?
- With your counsellor you'll explore your feelings, values and expectations, and gain unbiased assistance with communication and problem solving and look at options and new possibilities to help you to solve your problems.
- At the end of counselling 90% of the people we see feel they understand their problem better and feel more able to deal with it.
- To make an appointment to see a counsellor in the Warwickshire and surrounding areas, please contact us.
- We will require some basic information to register you but it will be treated in confidence - See 'want advice' for full details of registration. (Our service is secure and confidential. We will only break confidentiality if there is a life threatening situation, or a child or adult is felt to be at risk or significant harm.)
