Aged 10-18?

Your Family Life Changing?
We can give you a safe place to come and talk about the changes going on in your home. It may be your parents divorcing or arguing, step family, illness, bereavement, or abuse and violent issues.

Need free help and someone to listen?
We offer you free hourly sessions with our trained counsellor who can help you to come to terms with what is going on in your life and making you unhappy.

We may be at your school
We also have counsellors at the following schools. Ask your form head or a teacher you can talk to to find out how to get a free session to talk about your problems.

the Relate Centre at 44a-46a Regent Street, Rugby after school hours or on a Saturday morning. There is a charge for an appointment at our Centre.
